Thankyou to those parents who attended the camp parent helpers meeting last night. We have sent out the final notice to parents today. Please make sure you send the return slip back indicating what time you will be picking your child up on the Friday or whether they need to stay until 3pm. We also need fishing lines (12) and packets of biscuits to be sent as soon as possible.
11th March
The following notice outlines some important information about our trip. The most important ones are that:
Children need to bring their camp gear to school on the 7th April either at 3pm or between 5-6pm outside Room 1. It will be loaded into a caged trailer.
On the Tuesday (8th) children must be at school no later than 7:30pm. We are not able to wait for latecomers as the bus leaves promptly.
We return to school at approximately 11:30am on the Friday (11th). You may pick your child up at this time or they may stay until 3pm. We will provide lunch for them. We will need an indication soon of whether they will be staying or going early.

Parent helpers have now been finalised and confirmation letters have been sent home. We will now start to focus more of our class programmes on the camp experience itself - goals, challenges and expectations, as well as looking at the impact of invasion species (plants and animals).

For those who weren't able to attended we outlined the programme for the camp, expectations of parent helpers and also expectations of the children themselves.
